Fully-automatic vinyl rolling unit M 6720

This fully-automatic rolling unit can be installed on-line at the end of a production range or in a stand alone inspection machine. Depending on the product width, the rolling unit can be supplied in 2- or 4-metre-wide versions. It guarantees straight and tightly-wound rolls.

Specific features:
- Operating speed up to 200 m/min.
- Vinyl is rolled up with the printed face out.
- Bi-directional fast cross-cutter M 2410 (110 m/min).
- Automatic tube dispenser.
- Rolling of remnants without tube possible.
- Electronic length measuring unit M 2620.
- Pneumatic ejection of the roll integrated with tube dispenser.
- Simple but efficient operation of the entire unit.

The machine can also be fitted with:
- Special waste drawer for remnants.
- Longitudinal cutter M 2422, which can be installed in front of the rollingunit
in order to slit the 4-metrewide vinyl on-line into 2+2-metre wide rolls.
- Wrapping unit can be integrated for the automatic wrapping of the roll in
foil or paper, including end sealing.
