Finishing section at the end of the backing line M 5300

   

This complete installation prepares wrapped customer rolls at the end of the backing line.

- A first accumulator separates the backing line from the inspection
  area so that the carpet can be inspected independently from the
  production line.
- A vertical and horizontal area for clear inspection of the carpet.
- Inspection of both pile and back side is possible from one position
  due to the integration of two turn rollers at
  45 degrees to the carpet path.
- Integration of a fault registration and optimisation system can increase
  the number of first quality rolls and drastically reduce the number of short rolls.
- The inspection area can be operatedindependently from the
  rolling and wrapping unit using a second accumulator.
- Rolling unit M 5720 or M 5724.
- Automatic roll discharge system to warehouse and various sorting systems.
  This will reduce internal transportation costs.
- Self diagnostic system allows the system to operate more operator’s independently.
  Also it helps to find and solve faults in case of machine interruptions.
- Communication through mainframe and PC can easily be installed.
