Finishing section at the end of a vinyl production line M 6300

 

The most extensive installation for producing finished wrapped rolls.

Specific features:
- The installation can be installed directly on-line at the end of a
  production line or off-line behind a Jumbo unwind stand.
- Inspection section in order to be able to inspect effective vertically,
  horizontally or at an angle.
- A clearly laid out inspection area for effective, vertical and horizontal inspection.
- Integration of a fault registration and optimisation system can considerably
  increase the number of firstchoice rolls and drastically reduce the number of short rolls.
- The rolling unit can be operated independently from the inspection
  area by using an accumulator.
- Vinyl track control by means of pivot guiding frame.
- An M 6720 rolling unit.
- Automatic tube dispenser for one or several tube lengths.
- A wrapping section for on-line wrapping of vinyl rolls with a width
  of 2, 3 or 4 metres or into 2+2-metre wide rolls.
- For closing the end sides of a roll, a folding unit and bung press can
  be used for paper. Foil-wrapped rolls can be automatically closed
  using various sealing units.
- Automatic sorting of the finished rolls into buggies or containers.
- A self-diagnostic system making machine productivity less operationdependent.
  The system is also a useful means for quickly finding and remedying technical faults.
- Communication through mainframe
  and PC will be simple to realize.
