Vinyl installation for producing finished wrapped customer rolls directly from an A-frame or unroll cradle, with the following facilities:

- Guided A-frame for maximum roll weight of 10.000 kg and diameter of 1.500 mm.
- Splice table including platform.
- Edge cutters M 2450.
- Belted inspection table.
- Electronic length measuring unit M 2620.
- A semi-automatic vinyl rolling up unit for winding neat and straightedged rolls.
- Bi-directional fast cross-cutter M 2410 (110 m/min).
- Longitudinal cutter M 2422 which can be installed in front of the winder, in order to divide
  on-line 4 metre wide vinyl into 2+2 metres.
- A wrapping section for on-line wrapping of 2, 3, 4 or 2+2 wide vinyl rolls in
  paper or foil.

The machine can also be supplied with:
- Variable machine speed up to 60 m/min.
- Tube dispenser for one or more tube widths.
- Automatic removal of waste and seams.
- Folding unit in combination with a bung press for closing the roll-ends.
- Automatic sorting of the finished mcustomer rolls into trolleys
  or mcontainers for example.
- Roll discharge system as required.
- A fully automatic vinyl rolling unit M 6720 instead of semi-automatic rolling unit.
