Cut length machine M 5630

Ideal machine for cutting lengths from all carpet and vinyl qualities. Using only 1 operator, the most automated form can produce a maximum of 600 packed cut lengths every 8-hour shift.

Specific features:
- Guided unrolling for pile-in or pile-out rolls.
- Tippable unrolling cradle for ejecting the residual roll.
- Bi-directional fast cross-cutter M 2410 (90 m/min).
- Electronic length measuring unit M 2620.
- Automatic pile-in rolling unit with or without tube.
- Automatic ejection of the rolled cut length.

The machine can also be fitted with:
- Supply and discharge systemallowing the machine to be operated
  independently of a forklift truck.
- Operator platform adjacent to the unrolling cradle above the inspection
  table giving a clear view and an ergonomically- approved working position.
- Integration of longitudinal cutters M 2425 or M 2422.
- Wrapping section for on-line wrapping of the roll using foil or paper.
- Adjustable machine speed.
- Automatic tube dispenser.
- Roll discharge system with integrated seal unit for automatic sealing of carpet ends.
- Automatic sorting of the finished cut lengths into trolleys or racks.
- Correction system M 2621 on length measuring unit.
- Entire machine can be PC-controlled with communication facilities,
  including mainframe, to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Integrated modem for possible service support.
