Centre carpet-rolling and wrapping machine M 5725

This centre rug-rolling and wrapping machine has been primarily developed to roll PP woven rugs pile out while guaranteeing the straightness and tightness of the roll.
The machine is operated by one person and in each hour a maximum of 240 carpets can be rolled and wrapped.

Specific features:
- Infeed on clearly laid-out belt table provided with side guides.
- Automatic width adjustment of the side guides.
- Automatic width adjustment of the rolling heads.
- Rolling by means of two robot fingers which sense the carpet, after which the
  rolling process starts from the centre.
- Automatic lapping bridge ensures that the central part of the carpet follows the sides
  when the rolling process is started.
- Automatic ejection of the rolled and wrapped roll.
- Fully automatic wrapping of the rugs in foil using an on-line wrapping
  section or narrow foil strips.

Options:
- Possibility to secure rugs by means of one or several tape dispensers.
- Automatic roll discharge system with integrated M 5230 ultra-sonic sealing 
  unit for the automatic closing of end sides.
- Automatic sorting of the wound up carpets onto one or more buggies.
