Carpet sample cutting machine M 5522

This machine produces cut samples quickly and reliably from all kinds of carpets,
needle-felt and vinyl with an accuracy of ± 1 mm.

Specific features:
- Maximum working width 210 cm.
- Minimum sample size 5x13 cm.
- Electronically guided unrolling cradle.
- Simply adjustable electronic lengthstop.
- Longitudinal cutting by rotating knives, adjustable from 5 cm onwards.
- Quick change longitudinal cutting unit.
- Bi-directional fast cross-cutter M 2410 (60 m/min), combined
with pneumatic pressure beam.
- Required number of samples can be pre-set on a counter.
- Automatic discharge of cut samples.

The machine can also be provided with a conveyor system which feeds the carpet samples directly into the ETF carpet sample edge bevelling machine M 5530.
